Thanksgiving Leftover Sliders

C
  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 12 count
  • Leftover Turkey or chicken or deli sliced turkey
  • Prepared Stuffing
  • 1 can Cranberry Sauce or your favorite leftover cranberry sauce
  • 6 large slices of Provolone or Swiss
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ⅛ cup Brown Sugar
  1. Cut all the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half and lay the bottom half in a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Layer the rolls with a layer of turkey, then a layer of stuffing, followed by a layer of cranberry sauce.
  3. Top with the slices of cheese.
  4. Place other half of rolls on top.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine butter, mustard, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
  6. Run a knife in between all rolls to separate slightly.
  7. Spoon (do not pour) sauce over the rolls.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  9. To bake, first cover with foil.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of baking so the tops of rolls brown slightly.
