- Leftover Turkey or chicken or deli sliced turkey
- Prepared Stuffing
- 1 can Cranberry Sauce or your favorite leftover cranberry sauce
- 6 large slices of Provolone or Swiss
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

- Cut all the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half and lay the bottom half in a 9×13 baking dish.
- Layer the rolls with a layer of turkey, then a layer of stuffing, followed by a layer of cranberry sauce.
- Top with the slices of cheese.
- Place other half of rolls on top.
- In a small saucepan, combine butter, mustard, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
- Run a knife in between all rolls to separate slightly.
- Spoon (do not pour) sauce over the rolls.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- To bake, first cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of baking so the tops of rolls brown slightly.
