Fruit Pizza

  • 18 oz. Sugar Cookie Dough 
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 4 oz. Whipped Cream
  • ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
  • Peach Juice 16 oz can
  • ⅓ sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • Kiwis
  • Strawberries
  • Peaches
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  1. Roll out the cookie dough onto a baking sheet or 12” circle pizza pan
  2. Bake according to the package
  3. While the cookie is baking, mix together 6 oz. cream cheese, 4 oz. whipped cream and ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
  4. Spread on cooled crust
  5. In a saucepan, boil ½ cup of reserved peach juice, ⅓ cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of corn syrup
  6. Let it cool until just warm and drizzle over pizza.
