- 18 oz. Sugar Cookie Dough
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese
- 4 oz. Whipped Cream
- ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
- Peach Juice 16 oz can
- ⅓ sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- Kiwis
- Strawberries
- Peaches
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Roll out the cookie dough onto a baking sheet or 12” circle pizza pan
- Bake according to the package
- While the cookie is baking, mix together 6 oz. cream cheese, 4 oz. whipped cream and ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
- Spread on cooled crust
- In a saucepan, boil ½ cup of reserved peach juice, ⅓ cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of corn syrup
- Let it cool until just warm and drizzle over pizza.
