Cranberry Brie Wreath

  • 1 package of original crescent dough
  • 1-2 cups of cranberry jelly (can substitute for any other jelly/jam you would like)
  • 1 brie
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh Rosemary and cranberries for garnish
  1.  Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Place a small bowl upside down in the centre of your lined baking tray
  3. Place your crescent roll triangles overlapping around the bowl (pointy side up)
  4. Spread cranberry jelly and top with pieces of baked Brie (freeze the Brie prior to keep it from oozing out)
  5. Fold in the crescent dough to form your wreath and remove the bowl
  6. Press the dough firmly around the wreath to ensure the pieces are connected
  7. Coat in egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown). Allow to cool for 10 minutes
  8. Garnish with some chopped fresh rosemary and decorate with rosemary leaves and cranberries
