- 1 package of original crescent dough
- 1-2 cups of cranberry jelly (can substitute for any other jelly/jam you would like)
- 1 brie
- 1 egg
- Fresh Rosemary and cranberries for garnish
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Place a small bowl upside down in the centre of your lined baking tray
- Place your crescent roll triangles overlapping around the bowl (pointy side up)
- Spread cranberry jelly and top with pieces of baked Brie (freeze the Brie prior to keep it from oozing out)
- Fold in the crescent dough to form your wreath and remove the bowl
- Press the dough firmly around the wreath to ensure the pieces are connected
- Coat in egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown). Allow to cool for 10 minutes
- Garnish with some chopped fresh rosemary and decorate with rosemary leaves and cranberries
