Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini
Ingredients
Syrup:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 Cup of granulated sugar
- ½ cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Drink:

- 2 ounces of Vodka
- 1 ounce of Coffee Liqueur
- 1 ounce of freshly brewed espresso, cooled
- 1 ounce of pumpkin spice syrup
- In a medium-sized pot, add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Place over medium heat and stir for 5-7 minutes or until dissolved.
- Once dissolved, add ½ cup of pumpkin puree and 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, strain the pumpkin spice syrup into a container.
- In a shaker, add your ice, 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of coffee liqueur, 1 ounce of freshly brewed espresso, cooled, and 1 ounce of pumpkin spice syrup.
- Shake for 20 seconds.
- Add to your glass and top with whipped cream and pumpkin spice seasoning.
