Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini

Ingredients

Syrup:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 Cup of granulated sugar
  • ½ cup of pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Drink:

    • 2 ounces of Vodka
    • 1 ounce of Coffee Liqueur
    • 1 ounce of freshly brewed espresso, cooled
    • 1 ounce of pumpkin spice syrup
    1. In a medium-sized pot, add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Place over medium heat and stir for 5-7 minutes or until dissolved.

    2. Once dissolved, add ½ cup of pumpkin puree and 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

    3. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

       

    4. Once cooled, strain the pumpkin spice syrup into a container.

       

    5. In a shaker, add your ice, 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of coffee liqueur, 1 ounce of freshly brewed espresso, cooled, and 1 ounce of pumpkin spice syrup.

       

       

    6. Shake for 20 seconds.

       

       

    7. Add to your glass and top with whipped cream and pumpkin spice seasoning.
